Our mission is to prepare students for their moment of impact with the Holy Spirit and for the impact they will
have on the world around them.
Vision Statement
Impact Youth Ministry’s vision is to see young people personally experience the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, cultivate a relationship with Jesus Christ, deepen their understanding of the Bible, and actively address the spiritual and physical needs of those they encounter in their daily lives.
Value Statements
- We believe PRAYER, both individual and corporate, is vital to a healthy ministry.

Austin Calfee

Austin is a proud husband to his wife, Marisa, and father to his daughter, Eden. Austin has served as the Youth and Young Adult Pastor since 2021 at Spring Place Church in Cleveland, Tennessee. Prior to that, he served in multiple areas of youth and young adult ministries for over five years. Austin graduated with a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Lee University in 2021, and plans to pursue a master’s degree in counseling. Austin loves spending his free time with family and friends enjoying the great outdoors.
